Child Sign In Sheet

There is a sign in sheet at the front door:

Please be sure at drop off that you sign in your child by filling it out with: child's name, date, time in and adult name dropping off.

Than again at pick up please: write time out, adult pick up name and initial.

Initials will be done only by parent in agreement with PB, so if someone else picks up your child you will need to go back and verify those times with your initials.

It is your responsibility to fill this out daily to keep track of your schedules! Thank you in advance, you all are awesome and I am so excited for the growth that's happening at PB!
