Thanksgiving!

We began our Thanksgiving unit Monday. The children have learned what it is to be grateful, how to express that, the day of Thanksgiving (a time with family and a joyous heart), we are thankful no matter what (in other words "we get what we get and we don't throw a fit")

We went on a leaf hunt adventure.
Made thankful trees
We will make turkeys; out of the leaves we collected, stay tuned for pics and directions



Expect your children to be precious little children that are grateful, loving and full of joy. If you settle for anything less you only show them that is the way of life, when in dead it is not!
